Technical Project Manager

About the Role

We're seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive our integration and digital transformation projects from kickoff to completion. You'll manage timelines, coordinate between engineering teams and clients, and ensure every project delivers measurable business outcomes. This role requires someone who understands both the technical landscape and the art of stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• •Plan, execute, and close integration and automation projects on time and within budget
• •Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• •Coordinate cross-functional teams including integration engineers, consultants, and client stakeholders
• •Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements
• •Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues proactively
• •Maintain detailed project documentation including SOWs, status reports, and change orders
• •Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and tools

Requirements

• •5+ years of project management experience in technology or consulting
• •Demonstrated experience managing integration, ERP, or digital transformation projects
• •Strong understanding of integration platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems
• •Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
• •PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification preferred
• •Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Nice to Have

• •Experience with iPaaS platforms (Celigo, Workato) or ERP systems (NetSuite)
• •Background in supply chain, eCommerce, or retail technology
• •Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
• •Familiarity with Agile and waterfall methodologies
