About the role

Our clients run their business on NetSuite, and everything around it (Shopify, Amazon, EDI trading partners, warehouses, 3PLs, CRMs) has to stay in sync with it. You'll be the developer who makes that happen. Working across EDI (X12 via Orderful), Celigo integrator.io, Stacksync, Syncari, SuiteScript, and custom Python and JavaScript, you'll own integrations from discovery and data mapping through build, testing, go-live, and ongoing support. You'll work directly with clients and with our project managers and consultants, so you need to understand the business processes behind the data (orders, fulfillments, inventory, invoicing) as well as the code that moves it.

What you'll do

• Design and build integration flows in Celigo integrator.io, Stacksync, and Syncari connecting NetSuite to eCommerce, EDI, WMS, 3PL, and CRM systems
• Onboard and maintain EDI trading partners through Orderful: map X12 documents (850, 855, 856, 810) to and from NetSuite and resolve validation and delivery issues
• Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations: SuiteScript 2.x (User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, RESTlets), saved searches, workflows, and custom records and fields
• Write custom scripts and services in Python and JavaScript when a platform connector isn't enough, including REST and SOAP API work and data transformations
• Lead technical discovery with clients: map source and target data models, define field mappings, and document the integration design
• Test, deploy, and monitor integrations across sandbox and production; troubleshoot sync errors, data mismatches, and performance issues
• Support live client integrations as part of our managed services, resolving incidents and implementing enhancements
• Document integrations clearly so clients and teammates can understand and maintain them

What we're looking for

• Hands-on NetSuite development experience (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, saved searches, data model)
• Hands-on experience with an iPaaS or data sync platform, ideally Celigo integrator.io, Stacksync, or Syncari (Workato, Boomi, or similar also considered)
• EDI experience: understanding of X12 documents (850, 855, 856, 810, 997), trading partner onboarding, and mapping EDI data to and from an ERP, ideally with Orderful (SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, or similar also considered)
• Solid programming skills in JavaScript and Python, and comfort working with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and CSV/flat-file data
• Working knowledge of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes: sales orders, fulfillments, inventory, invoices, payments, returns
• Ability to run technical conversations with clients and translate business requirements into an integration design
• Strong debugging instincts and attention to data accuracy; you notice when a count is off by one
• Fluent English; French is a plus for our clients and team

Nice to have

• Two-way database-to-SaaS synchronization experience (Stacksync, Syncari, or similar)
• Deeper EDI knowledge: EDIFACT, AS2/SFTP communication setup, retailer compliance guides and chargeback avoidance
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or other marketplace and eCommerce integrations
• WMS or 3PL integrations and general supply chain or retail domain knowledge
• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, ERP Consultant)
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment managing several clients at once
